Petition: Recognize "Lunar New Year" as the Inclusive Term

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that schools, organizations, and governments adopt the term "Lunar New Year" in recognition of its significance across multiple Asian cultures, including South Korea, Japan, Bhutan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Tibet, and Vietnam


This change is essential to promote inclusivity, foster cultural understanding, and acknowledge the diversity of traditions celebrated during this important holiday.

By signing this petition, we stand together to correct misconceptions, honor all cultures, and support the movement for respect and representation.
